I'm so excited to be a part of this FREE event at the Truist field! Come and join me as we celebrate Veterans Day. There will be different workouts (including yoga and Crossfit, based upon ability level), vendors showcasing local veteran-run businesses (like me!) and fun for the whole family.
Whether you're looking for something to do with your kids on their day off of school, or you're looking for a free workout in a cool place, or you'd like to be a part of the festivities, there's something for everyone. It's from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
